![]() Maddening Whispers: This spell pisses me off on general principle. Uses your normal spell save DC or your Frightful Presence DC, whichever is higher. Imperious Glare: Basically gives a second chance to get Frightful Presence to stick. It's on the Spells that Fvcking Kill People for adequate reason. Hiss of Sleep: Requires you to be invisible and/or unseen, but considering it's a 7th level spell that shouldn't be hard to arrange. Nakedly better than polymorph if you're a dragon or multiclassed spellcaster.Įnervating Breath: Awesome with metabreath feats. ![]() Also limited to hit dice equal to yours rather than caster level equal to yours. Which basically means "don't cast it", as dragons don't have great caster levels.ĭraconic Polymorph: Like Polymorph, but you get a +8 to str and +2 to con when you shapechange. It's based on spellcaster level and maxes at +15. Pass.ĭispelling Breath: This spell makes me sad. Combined with meta-breath feats and it has some uses.ĭeafening Breath: I honestly don't understand the hard-on WotC has for sonic attacks, but this is like breath weapon admixture except that it's sonic, and deafens on a failed save, and can be negated with a second level cleric spell. The only drawback is that your breath has to deal either electricity or fire damage, because it's not possible for acid to blind you, and snow has certainly never blinded you (true story: I get snow blindness/arc flash like crazy, and have to wear sunglasses all winter.) There's a lesser version that gives the dazzled conditions which we don't actually care about.īreath Weapon Admixture: As an 8th level spell that just doubles your breath weapon of a second energy type, it's overpriced. From dragon perspective, this should be on the infamous "spells that fvcking kill people list". They mostly seem like NPC spells (like most of the Savage Species spells), but digging around will get you some neat things.īlinding Breath: Anyone failing the save to your breath weapon is permanently blinded. These tend to not be as abusive as metabreath feats, although there are abundant opportunities for cheese with them. There is a new type of spells: Metabreath spells. Note on spells: I really don't feel like going over every spell and critiquing them, I'm only going to point out spells that jump out at me in some way. I wish I could've figured out how to make Guardian Circle scale correctly with dual-casting and restore stamina with the perk Respite, but idgaf.Alright, I have a head-start going on my D&D buzz after going out drinking with my dad. Spell costs have been slightly reduced except for Call to Arms, this is because spell costs were set to auto-calculate.Blizzard does 50 DPS, but ignores resistances and line of sight. If this wasn't changed Fire Storm would be the best master destruction spell no contest. The DPS is 150 at close range, 75 at medium range, and 25 at long range. Now the most damaging is the smallest, so it's small: 75, medium: 50, large: 25. ![]() Fire Storm normally has 3 explosions, the most damaging being the biggest.Destruction spells have had their damage changed to have similar DPS, but better in their own ways.Dragonhide has been changed to base 60 seconds. You can resurrect anything with Dead Thrall.Guardian Circle's effect actually lasts 60 seconds now.All spells can be dual-cast except for Guardian Circle.5 seconds, 1 second for AOE spells, Lightning Storm is instant. Inspired by Master Spells Should Be Masterful, this mod makes master spells masterful, but without overriding the bug fixes made by USLEEP. SE port of Masterful Master Spells USLEEP, all I did was take out the USLEEP master and save in SE CK.
